The online registration is easy to use. The simple data entry screens smoothly flow from the first screen to the last. When the registrant finishes and presses the Submit button the invoice is automatically created. Confirmation and copies of the invoice are automatically emailed to the appropriate people. Real time error checking is in place to eliminate data entry errors.

There are many reports providing up to the minute information for all areas of interest. They are specifically built for your organization to help in all aspects of your event. We have also provided easy data export features to allow you to get your data. This gives you the ability to massage your data any way you want to.

It is worth mentioning that there is no long term commitment to use our system. There is no software development cost, no hardware cost, and no support fee. We structure our services so that you can experience a full featured proven system at a very low cost ($1.00/registrant for the first year) to see if you like it. If you need changes to the system to meet your needs we will make those reasonable changes at no cost to you. If you are still not happy with the system, you are not obligated to use the system the second year. We have never had a client unhappy with our systems, our service, or our support.
