Training

We provide free training. We have developed a simple easy to follow step by step explanation of “Getting Started”. We are also available by email and by phone. If you are more comfortable with some of our staff being on-site at your event for the first year, we can arrange to make that happen. We do not charge a perdiem charge for the first time. We only require that you cover our travel, lodging, and meal expenses. This first time assistance insures that your event runs smoothly. This results in a successful event while providing on-site training for your staff. However, most of our clients do not need on-site assistance because after our phone/online demonstrations and access to training materials we have developed they are quite comfortable with our easy-to-use systems. They know that we are just a phone call away and that we respond quickly.
